Mike comes to enGen with over 26 years of experience in technology and operations within both the health care and financial services industries. For the past 20 years, he assisted health care organizations in transforming their businesses through technology-enabled solutions and large-scale business transformations. Since 2012, Mike has been a key partner to enGen, Highmark, Inc., United Concordia Dental, and Highmark Wholecare.

Matt Rhenish

Chief Operating Officer, Health Plan Operations

Matt has more than 20 years of experience leading health care operations, strategy, and transformation initiatives. In his role as Chief Operating Officer of Health Plan Operations at enGen, he is responsible for member and provider servicing, utilization management, provider operations, and operational transformation. Drawing on leadership experience across pharmacy, health plan growth, and value-based care organizations, Matt is focused on helping health plans streamline operations and improve outcomes for members and providers.
